The McMahon’s (Inexplicably) Still Love Sheamus
I learned at the start of the episode that until Reigns was crowned champion, the belt had belonged to Sheamus. I looked up how this could be and of course it involved a briefcase (please drop this gimmick immediately), an injury to a far superior champion, and a title run of about twenty minutes all up (yawn). Sheamus was obviously a placeholder, which made me feel a little bit better. But come on – Sheamus?
